Om - generosity (to lower your ego and the sin of pride);

Ma - ethics (to lower jealousy and lust for entertainment);

Ni - patience (to lower emotion and desire;

Pad - diligence_ (to lower ignorance and prejudice);

Me - renunciation (to lower greediness and possessiveness);

Hum - wisdom (to lower hatred);
